STUDIO POLICY
Please e-mail, phone or come in during the student's lesson time to discuss any business matters. I'm always happy to talk to parents!
Check your e-mail regularly to keep up-to-date on studio information; please let me know if your e-mail address changes!
If you arrive late to lessons, you will receive the remainder of the lesson and should pick up your child on the normal schedule. Prior notice of cancellations is expected--phone, text or e-mail. Any lesson I cancel will be rescheduled, if possible, or credited. Please have your child arrive only 5 minutes early as a courtesy to the student in lesson, who may also be shy about playing in front of others. Also, if the student is not feeling well, please let them wait until they feel better before coming to a lesson.
In case of school closings due to inclement weather there will still be lessons, except in extreme circumstances.
No food or drink brought in, please--I try to be very careful around the piano. Because candy may occasionally be offered as a reward, please let me know of any food allergies your child may have so that everyone can be safe and happy.
